Delete Your Account
You can delete your Vega account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Option 1 — In the app
Open Vega → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and server-side data are removed immediately, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the phone number / email associated with your account:
Email us to delete your accountPlease include the phone number you used to sign in. We will verify and delete your data within 7 days.
What gets deleted

What may be retained
We may retain minimal, non-identifying technical logs for a short period where required to operate the service securely or to comply with law. These do not identify you personally and are deleted on our normal retention cycle.
Vega is a paper-trading (simulated) app — no real money or real trades are involved, so there are no financial balances to settle when you delete your account.
