These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vega mobile application ("the App"), provided by TradingHub Telugu ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Important: Vega is a paper-trading (simulated) application for education and practice only. All trades are virtual. No real money, real orders, or real securities are ever involved.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App.

2. What the App is

Vega lets you practise trading Indian stocks and options using virtual money in a simulated environment. Optionally, you may connect your own broker (Fyers) account so the App can display live market data to you. The App does not execute real trades and does not handle real funds.

3. Your account

You sign in using your phone number via a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and account secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Broker connection

If you choose to connect a Fyers account, you authorise the App to use your broker credentials solely to retrieve market data on your behalf. You remain responsible for your own broker account and its terms. We never place real orders using your credentials.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its servers.
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to access other users' data.

6. Not financial advice

Nothing in the App constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Simulated performance does not represent real results. Trading real securities carries risk. Consult a SEBI-registered advisor before trading real capital. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions you make.

7. Market data

Market data shown in the App is retrieved via your connected broker account and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and are not liable for any decision made based on it.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and the TradingHub Telugu and Vega names and logos are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingHub Telugu and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
